October 21st, Comedy Central will be airing its fourth biennial event, “Night of Too Many Stars: America Comes Together for Autism Programs.” The benefit, hosted by Jon Stewart, gave $3.1 million in grants to 41 programs in 13 states in 2010. The star-studded event will premiere at 8/7c. Don’t miss it!
Here’s a preview of Katy Perry and Jodi DiPiazza performing “Firework” for “Night of Too Many Stars: America Comes Together for Autism Programs” at the Beacon Theater in New York.
About 1 in 88 children have been identified with an Autism Spectrum Disorder according to the Center for Disease Control’s Autism and Developmental Disabilities Monitoring Network. To support this benefit and help give people with autism the chance they deserve to reach their potential, text STARS to 50555 to make a $10 donation. Visit Comedy Central’s website to learn more.
